• Defendant: Amr Ezz was released on bail of 2000 EGP on 5th May 2016 – Prosecution appeal was rejected on 7th May 2016

• Sherief El-Rouby was released on bail of 1000 EGP on 11th May 2016, Prosecution appeal was rejected on 12th May 2016.

•   Ahmed Ramadan was released on bail of 2000 EGP on 5th May 2016 , Prosecution appeal was rejected on 7th May 2016.

• Haythem Mohamedin on 9th October 2016 was  release upon precautionary measures, on 21st. November he was ordered a release with canceling the precautionary measures.

•  Ahmed Tamam was released on 11th May on bail of 1000 EGP ,Prosecution appeal was rejected on 12th May.

•  Hamdy Keshta was released upon precautionary measures on 9th October 2016, on 21st November he was released with canceling precautionary measures.

• Zizo Abdo was released upon precautionary measures on 26th February 2017 , and still has to show up at the police station 3 days a week.
